REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and the time and passion we put into our craft, there are no refunds, returns  or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. For any questions related to this policy please email colouredbyki@gmail.com

DAMAGES

If you received your item and it was damaged in transit by the carrier, you have 24 hours after USPS delivery confirmation to contact us. Please email colouredbyki@gmail.com within those 24 hours with a photo of unused, damaged product and details. A damage claim must then be filed with the carrier to receive a store credit to be used toward your next purchase.
