Numbing included. This procedure is completed using a microneedling pen (not a dermal roller). You will feel a slight stinging/sunburn feeling for up to 1-2 hours after this procedure and experience redness of the skin. Microneedling creates trauma and triggers a healing response within the skin. Benefits of microneedling: - great for those with severe acne/crater skin - great for those who suffer from PIH (Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) aka hyperpigmentation - generates more collagen and elastin production - increases the rate at which products are able to penetrate the skin - improves the health and overall quality of the skin by increasing cell turnover - promotes even skin tone - promotes radiant skin/rejuvenation *************************************************** BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT: 6-12 MONTHS BEFORE: AVOID Accutane (Isotretinoin) within 6 months of your treatment. 2 WEEKS BEFORE start to use your Regenerating Skin Nectar for optimal results. 1 WEEK BEFORE NO topical products containing Tretinoin (Retin-A), Retinols, Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Vitamin C, or any anti-aging products. 1 WEEK BEFORE treatment, do not ingest blood thinning medications such as Aspirin, Motrin, Ibuprofen, and Aleve. Also, avoid herbal supplements NO ALCOHOL 24 HRS BEFORE AVOID bleaching, waxing, tweezing, or depilatory creams (nair) on treatment area ********************************************************* Microneedling does not involve heat, so ANY skin tone is treatable. However, we do not recommend if you are/have: pregnant or breastfeeding active acne active herpes simplex/cold sores skin infection present at the time of treatment current eczema, psoriasis, severe rosacea flare in the treatment area extreme keloid tendency anticoagulant therapy chemo/radiation ************************* Immediately after the treatment, the skin will look red, like a sunburn. It may also feel warm and tight. The majority of redness should subside over the first 12-48 hours. Although uncommon, some mild swelling and bruising may occur. Once the redness subsides, most patients notice a significant glow to their skin. Collagen production, however, takes more time and more visible results may take 8-12 weeks. A series of 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended to boost collagen production and optimize results. Depending on the severity of the desired correction, we may recommend that you start with more than 3 treatments.

IF YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID USING ONE OF THOSE SERVICES, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED** - If you do not return your completed consent form, your appointment will be cancelled. - Remaining balance due in cash ONLY ! If you arrive to your appointment without cash and have to leave, get it, and be late, you'll also be charged a late fee. NEW CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY AS OF 4/3/2025: - Card on file is now REQUIRED for booking. - Appointments MUST be cancelled 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel within 24 hours of the day (not time) of your appointment, you WILL be charged a $30 inconvenience fee in addition to your non-refundable deposit. If you would like to book again after that, you will have to pay a new deposit. - If you contact me within 24 hours of your appointment and try to reschedule your appointment, that is considered a cancellation. There could have been another client to occupy that date and time. Please cancel 24 hours before to avoid the $30 fee. *** If the cancellation is within ONE (1) hour of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your service fee in addition to your non-refundable deposit. And you will be banned from any and ALL future bookings. *** - Appointments that are cancelled prior to 24 hours are eligible for rescheduling. Deposit will still be non-refundable. Clients will only be able to reschedule an appointment with prior notice ONE (1) time. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will be voided and require another non-refundable deposit to be made.
